🚓 Crash Near Jerome Sends Four to Hospital
A truck hauling hay crashed near Jerome Saturday, sending four people to the hospital and closing Highway 25 at the offramp of westbound I-84 for hours. Troopers say the driver ran a stop sign and hit an SUV with seven people inside. He’s been cited for reckless driving.

🐾 Kimberly Bulldogs Dominate
At the Mid-Season Classic, Kimberly softball beat Wood River 7-2 and exploded for a 17-8 win over Teton, finishing 3-1 on the weekend. Kimberly baseball crushed Teton 19-4 with a 14-run second inning and also beat Teton 6-0.

On Friday, Twin Falls dominated rival Canyon Ridge with wins of 9-0 and 13-3.

Kimberly, Buhl, and Wood River all scored run-rule wins. Cole Valley, Teton, and Declo also had strong showings.

🦅 CSI Softball Sweeps North Idaho
The Golden Eagles won 6-1 and 6-3 behind strong pitching and five home runs. Emerson Fuller and Eva Stoddard earned wins, while Lily Heitz, Lexi Crowley, and Rilyne Keck powered the offense. CSI hosts No. 16 Salt Lake this weekend.

CSI Baseball Falls to Salt Lake
CSI dropped both games to No. 18 Salt Lake, 5-1 and 11-10 in extras. Despite late homers from Trey Purser and Cole DeCastro, errors were costly. CSI is now 4-8 in conference play and heads to Colorado Northwestern next.

🥎 Boise State Softball Splits With New Mexico
The Broncos lost the opener 2-1 but rallied for a 6-3 win in game two. Mykenzie Hanna hit a three-run homer, and Brook Thompson earned the win in relief. They host Stanford April 11–13.

🎿 Ski Season Ends With a Splash
Pomerelle wrapped up ski season with its popular pond skim event—where skiers try to glide across water. Big crowds turned out to watch the fun and cheer on the brave (and often soaked) participants.
