Patrick Frazee has been found guilty of murder.  The Colorado man was sentenced yesterday afternoon to life in prison without parole plus 156 years.  He was found guilty for the murder of Kelsey Berreth even though her body has ever been found.  District attorney Dan May said justice was possible because of Krystal Lee’s testimony.  Lee, a former nurse from St. Luke’s testified in the trial that she helped clean up a bloody mess in Berreth’s home.

Twin Falls resident Eugenia Monica Wadsworth is facing misdemeanor driving under the influence following a weekend crash in Gooding that sent two people to the hospital.  Court records indicate this is the 31 year olds second DUI.  She was also cited for driving without privileges.

The Blaine county sheriff’s office say a Hailey man died Sunday evening following a car crash on State Highway 75 north of Hailey.  50 year old Jeffrey Browne was found unresponsive when deputies arrived at the scene of the single vehicle accident south of Cottonwood Creek Circle.

Federal authorities saying a lawsuit wanting to ban black bear hunting using bait in national forests in Idaho and Wyoming should be dismissed.  The lawsuit filed in June claim the federal agencies are violating environmental laws because black bear hunters have killed at least eight protected grizzly bears since 1995.

According to triple A 55 point 3 million travelers are expected to roam far from home for Thanksgiving this year.  That’s the most since 2005 and nearly a million and a half more than last year.  296-thousand Idahoans are expected to take a trip.  That’s an increase of three percent.

Riley Alexander, a 22 year old Boise woman is facing felony charges after being accused of using heroin in a car while her young daughter was in the backseat.  She was arrested last week on felony charges of injury to a child and drug possession.  She was setting in the vehicle in a parking lot of a Nampa McDonalds.  According to court documents she admitted that she had heroin in the car and that she was an addict.

Born on this day was Canadian country-folk artist Ron Hynes, best known for the songs "Sonny's Dream" and "Cryer's Paradise". Hynes died of cancer on November 19, 2015 aged 64.

Jeannie C. Riley was at #1 on the US Country album chart with Harper Valley PTA. The title track "Harper Valley PTA" became a hit for Riley and went to #1 on both the Billboard Pop and Country singles charts, a feat not repeated until 1981 when Dolly Parton released "9 to 5".

Born on this day in Savannah, Georgia, was Billy Currington country music singer, songwriter. Hits include "Must Be Doin' Somethin' Right", "Good Directions", "People Are Crazy", "That's How Country Boys Roll", "Pretty Good at Drinkin' Beer", and "Let Me Down Easy". He has also charted as a duet partner on Shania Twain's single "Party For Two."

Kenny Rogers was at #1 on the US Country charts with his seventh studio album Kenny. It included the singles "Coward of the County" and "You Decorated My Life" and went on to enjoy 25 weeks on the album chart.

Mary Chapin Carpenters was at #1 on the country singles chart with "Shut Up And Kiss Me". The song won Carpenter a Grammy Award in 1995 for Best Female Country Vocal Performance.

Country Weekly's Readers named Shania Twain the Most Beautiful Woman in Country Music. Also featured in the list were fellow Canadian, and country traditionalist, Terri Clark, Reba McEntire and Lauren Alaina.
